Mr. Moore moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 1410-0012, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $500,000 shall be expended for the operations of Veterans Inc. for services to veterans including, but not limited to, employment training and substance use treatment”; and by striking out the figure “$9,482,339” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$9,982,339”.
