Veterans’ Services Organization Pneumatic Vacuum Elevator

Mr. Moore moved that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section __ the following section:-

"SECTION __. Section 68 of chapter 143 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after the word “paragraph” the following sentences:- "Provided further, any Veterans’ services organization is hereby permitted to install a Pneumatic Vacuum Elevator, provided all of the following criteria are met: (a) the organization provides comprehensive behavioral health services to Veterans and their families; (b) the organization provides housing services to Veterans and their families; (c) the organization provides employment services to Veterans and their families; and (d) the organization is located in a designated historical building. This exemption is not available to any Veterans service organization which fails to meet all the criteria (a) through (d), inclusive."
