Messrs. Gómez, Oliveira, Mark and Moore, Ms. Edwards and Mr. Velis moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 8910-1030, by striking the item in its entirety and inserting in place thereof the following item:-

"8910-1031  For the operation of the Hampden County Regional Women’s Correctional Center; provided, that this item shall be subject to allotment by object class; provided further, that all references in this act to item 8910-1030 shall be deemed to refer to item 8910-1031".
