Public safety and emergency equipment for first responders in Melrose

Mr. Lewis moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 8000-0313, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to the city of Melrose for the purposes of purchasing public safety and emergency medical equipment;” and by striking out the figure “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$200,000".
