Mr. Montigny moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 1599-0026, by striking the words “using the same methodology and criteria used in fiscal year 2026; provided further, that grants under this item shall only be provided to communities that submitted qualifying applications that were approved by the executive office in fiscal year 2026” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “that have a population between 66,000 to 116,000”.
