Ms. Friedman moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 8000-0313, by adding the following words:- "; provided, that not less than $70,000 shall be expended to the Burlington police department for unanticipated payroll expenditures"; and by striking out the figure “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$170,000".
