The Builder Coalition, Inc.

Ms. Miranda, Mr. Collins, Ms. Edwards and Mr. Payano moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7004-0107, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $150,000 shall be expended to The Builder Coalition, Inc. to advance efforts to meet the commonwealth’s housing production and affordable housing goals by providing support and training to enable emerging local developers to meet construction and community standards and needs"; and by striking out the figure "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$250,000".
