Mr. Fernandes moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 52, by striking, in clause (ii), the figure "20", and inserting in place thereof the following figure:-  "18"; and in said section, by striking, in clause (viii), the figure "2", and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "4".
