Mr. DiDomenico moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 8324-0000, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $3,126,872 shall be provided for the Boston, Cambridge and Everett fire department hazardous material response teams"; and by striking out the figure "42,550,301" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "45,677,173".
