Mr. Fernandes moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 8000-0313, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $15,000 shall be expended for the Bourne Police Department for the purposes of a 3D scanner”; and by striking out the figure $100,000  and by inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$115,000“.
