Mr. Collins moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 8000-0313, by inserting the following words:- “; provided further, not less than $100,000 should be expended to the City of Boston for the payroll costs of the Boston Police Department for dedicated patrols of the Foley Apartments, Monsignor Powers Apartments, and West 9th Street Apartments in the South Boston section of the City of Boston”; and by striking out the figure "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$200,000".
