Mr. Fattman moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 8000-0313, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $74,000 shall be expended to the Monson police department for the purchase of new tasers”; and by striking out the figure “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$174,000”.
