Mr. Tarr, Ms. Dooner and Mr. Fattman move to amend the report by inserting after Rule 5A the following new rule:--

"5A 1/4. No formal session with or without a calendar within 24 hours of each session unless an emergency is declared by the Senate President. This rule can only be suspended by unanimous consent."
