Rule 33A timeline

Mr. Tarr, Ms. Dooner and Mr. Fattman move to amend the report by striking in Rule 33A the following "at least 24 hours in advance of consideration by the Senate." and inserting in place thereof the following:-- "at least 48 hours in advance of consideration by the Senate.".
