Preventing Unjustified Financial Gain for Members and Their Familes

Messrs. Keenan and Montigny move to amend the report by inserting at the beginning of Rule 2A after the word "member" the following words:- "or immediate family member of the member, officer or employee";

by inserting at the beginning of Rule 2A after the word "purchase" the following words:- "or sell";

and, by inserting in Rule 2A after the words "granting to" the following words:- "or depriving".
