Limiting Joint Committee Extensions

Mr. Keenan moves to amend the report by striking at the end of Rule 10 the figure "3" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "2";

and, by inserting at the end of Rule 10 after the word "consent." the sentence:- "A rescission, amendment or suspension of this rule shall last in the first instance not more than 60 days beyond the first Wednesday in December and in the second instance not more than 90 days beyond the first Wednesday in December.".
