Site Consolidation

Ms. Rausch moves that the proposed new text be amended by adding the following new section:-

Not later than April 30, 2025, the executive office of housing and livable communities, in collaboration with the executive office of administration and finance, shall prepare a plan to consolidate and close any temporary respite site operating at less than fifty per cent capacity; provided, that the plan shall be provided in writing to the inspector general, the clerks of the house and senate, the chairs of the house and senate committees on ways and means, the chairs of the joint committee on housing, and the chairs of the joint committee on children, families and persons with disabilities; provided further, that the executive office of housing and livable communities shall begin implementing the plan on or after June 20, 2025; and provided further, that the plan shall be fully implemented not later than August 20, 2025.
