Ms. Jehlen and Mr. Eldridge move that the proposed new text be amended in section 8 by striking the word “and” in line 205, and by inserting after clause xviii the following new clause in line 207:- “; and (xiv) a summary of the reasons why families have become homeless, including whether they had applied for other forms of housing assistance and were delayed or denied in receiving such assistance immediately before becoming homeless, and the total number of families for each provided reason.”
