Sunsetting Changes to the Maximum Length of Stay

Ms. Comerford, Ms. Miranda and Messrs. Eldridge and Payano move that the proposed new text be amended by adding the following 2 sections:-

SECTION X. Subsection (3) of section 4 of this act is hereby repealed.

SECTION XX. Section X shall take effect on July 1, 2025.
