AN ACT RELATIVE TO THE ADMISSION OF BLIND AND VISUALLY-IMPAIRED INDIVIDUALS INTO CERTAIN PUBLIC INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
Section 19 of chapter 15A of the General Laws, added by section 3 of
chapter 344 of the acts of 1983, is hereby amended by adding the following
sentence:- The provisions of this section shall not apply to any person
solely because of blindness or visual impairment, regardless of the age at
which such individual became blind or visually-impaired.
