AN ACT FURTHER DEFINING PUBLIC RECORDS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
Clause Twenty-sixth of section 7 of chapter 4 of the General Laws, as
appearing in the 1984 Official Edition, is hereby
amended by adding the following subclause:-
(l) test questions and answers, scoring keys and sheets, and other
examination data used to administer a licensing examination; provided,
however, that such
materials are used to administer another examination.
