Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
The town of Ashland is hereby authorized to convey a certain parcel of land acquired for water supply purposes to the Richmond Development Corporation. Said parcel is bounded and described as follows:-
A certain parcel of land situated in Ashland, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, being the easterly portion of property shown on a Plan entitled, "Ashland Water Works, Ashland, Massachusetts, Plan of Land to be taken for Water Supply Purposes Dated January, 1912." Said Plan is recorded in Plan Book 119, Plan 25, South Middlesex Registry of Deeds.
Beginning at the most northeasterly corner of the premises at Land formerly owned by Farwell and Vose, now or formerly of the Trustees of Blueberry Hill Realty; thence
Southerly 830 feet more or less to a point: thence S08<= - 54' E 421.0 feet more or less to a point; thence S04<= - 50' W 58.3 feet more or less to a point:
Said last three (3) courses being by Land now or formerly of the Trustees of Blueberry Hill Realty Trust; thence
Northerly and 200 feet westerly of, and parallel to the first described line, 1,344 feet more or less, by other Land of the Town of Ashland to a point at Land now or formerly of the Trustees of Blueberry Hill Realty Trust; thence
Easterly 215 feet more or less by Land of said Trustees to the point beginning.
