Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
The town of Leyden is hereby authorized to take by eminent domain under the provisions of chapter seventy-nine of the General Laws or acquire by purchase or otherwise a certain parcel of land in the town of Greenfield for the purpose of relocating a road and repairing the South School House road bridge. Said parcel of land is more particularly bounded and described as follows:-
Beginning at the iron pin at the southwest corner of the land of the Town of Greenfield as described in Book 401, Page 77, Franklin County Registry of Deeds, said iron pin being located 514.50 feet South 84<= 33' 07" west of an iron pin at the northeast corner of the land of Richard L. and Sharon A. Mallory as described in Book 1651, Page 235, thence running north 59<= 51' 55" east 365 feet to a point in the traveled way of South Schoolhouse Road, a Leyden town road, thence running south 87<= 50' 08" west 392.5 feet to a point in the traveled way of said South Schoolhouse Road, thence running south 24<= 26' 35" east 185 feet to the point of beginning.
