Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
SECTION 1. The town of Sudbury acting by and through its board of selectmen is hereby authorized to convey to Jan B. Morgan a certain portion of land presently managed and controlled by the conservation commission of said town under the provisions of section eight C of chapter forty of the General Laws. Said portion consists of 1,883+ square feet and is shown as Parcel "C" on a plan entitled "Plan of Land in Sudbury, MA. owned by Town of Sudbury," dated August 19, 1988, prepared by Colburn Engineering, Inc. In consideration for said conveyance, Jan B. Morgan shall grant to the town of Sudbury, acting by and through its conservation commission, a conservation restriction in perpetuity for the purpose of protection of the natural and watershed resources of said town of Sudbury under said section eight C of said chapter forty on a wetland portion of the property known and numbered as 24 Run Brook Circle in said town, said wetland portion having frontage on Willis pond. In further consideration of said conveyance, Jan B. Morgan shall grant to the town of Sudbury an access easement to the remainder of said land managed and controlled by the conservation commission over the street frontage portion of the parcel to be conveyed to her.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
