AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF BOSTON TO USE CERTAIN PARK LANDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF FIELD HOUSES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
SECTION 1. The city of Boston is hereby authorized to construct
five field houses to be used for such purposes as, but not limited to,
restrooms, on five parcels of park land known as follows: the Connolly
playground in the Roxbury section of the city of Boston, the Carter
playground in the South End section of the city of Boston, Fallon field in
the Roslindale section of the city of Boston, the Christopher Lee playground
in the South Boston section of the city of Boston, and the William Barry
playground in the Charlestown section of the city of Boston.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
