Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
SECTION 1. The town of Hawley is hereby authorized to sell and convey to Raymond L. Gotta for the sum of one dollar and the costs of such conveyance a certain parcel of park land in said town to be used for residential purpose and bounded and described as follows:-
Beginning at a point at the intersection of the easterly line of East Hawley Road with the southerly line of Forget Road; thence N 61<= 33' 05" E along the southerly line of said Forget Road a distance of 102.29 feet to an iron pin set in a stone wall; thence S 10<= 25' 47" E a distance of 340.65 feet to a point; thence S 68<= 07' 17" W a distance of 13.82 feet to a point on the easterly line of said East Hawley Road; thence on a curve to the right having a radius of 567.00 feet an arc length of 205.15 feet to a point; thence N 04<= 09' 07" E a distance of 88.82 feet to the point of beginning, the last two courses being along the easterly line of said East Hawley Road. Containing .42 acres, more or less.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
