AN ACT ESTABLISHING A SICK LEAVE BANK FOR LINDA M. REGO, AN EMPLOYEE OF THE EXECUTIVE OFFICE OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES.
Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would
tend to defeat its purpose, which is to
immediately establish a sick leave bank for a certain employee of the executive
office of health and human services,
therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law,
necessary for the immediate preservation of the
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law or rule or
regulation to the contrary, the executive office of health and human services
is hereby authorized and directed to establish a sick leave bank for Linda M.
Rego, an employee of said executive office. Any employee of said executive
office may voluntarily contribute one or more of his sick, personal or
vacation days to said sick leave bank for use by said Linda M. Rego.
