AN ACT RELATIVE TO CERTAIN PENSION BENEFITS OF MARY E. MUISE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
Notwithstanding the provisions of chapter 230 of the acts of 1972, upon the
death of retired police officer Peter Muise, the city of Boston shall pay to
his widow, Mary E. Muise, for so long as she lives and remains unmarried, an
annuity equal to three-fourths the amount of the pension payable to him, per
month at the time of his death. If said Mary E. Muise remarries, said city
of Boston shall
pay, in lieu of the aforesaid annuity to her, an annuity of $520 per month.
