AN ACT AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MASSACHUSETTS HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT TO ERECT A MEMORIAL MARKER IN THE TOWN OF BOURNE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
The Massachusetts highway department shall
erect a memorial marker in memory of Brent Charles Donahue and
Carrie Lynne Stephens who were killed in a traffic accident on the
Bourne bridge September 16, 1988. Said marker shall be erected on the south
side of state highway Route 25, in the town of Bourne, in compliance with the
standards of said department.
This act shall take effect upon its passage.
