AN ACT DESIGNATING A CERTAIN BRIDGE IN THE TOWN OF NORTHBRIDGE AS THE CORPORAL RICHARD J. AND SERGEANT JOHN P. MORAN MEMORIAL BRIDGE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
The bridge, N-2115, spanning the Providence and Worcester Railroad Company
tracks on state highway route 122 in the village
of Linwood in the town of Northbridge, shall be designated and known as the
Corporal Richard J. and Sergeant John P. Moran Memorial Bridge, in honor of
who served their country with honor, duty, and dedication and lost their lives
in service during World War II. A suitable marker bearing said designation
shall be attached thereto by the department of highways in compliance with the
standards of said department.
