AN ACT PROVIDING FOR NONCRIMINAL ENFORCEMENT OF THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE HISTORIC DISTRICTS COMMISSION IN THE TOWN OF LEXINGTON.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
Section 11 of chapter 447 of the acts of 1956 is hereby
amended by adding the following paragraph:-
In addition to the foregoing, the town of Lexington may by by-law, not
inconsistent with section 21D of chapter 40 of the General Laws, provide for
the noncriminal disposition of violations of this act and the
determinations, rulings and regulations issued under this act.
This act shall take effect upon its passage.
