AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE TOWN OF BROOKLINE TO FIX REASONABLE FEES FOR PERMITS GRANTED BY THE CHIEF OF ITS FIRE DEPARTMENT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
Notwithstanding any general or special law to the
the chief of the fire department in the town of Brookline may, with the
approval of the board of selectmen, establish reasonable fees, to be charged
for permits granted in excess
of those authorized in section 10A of chapter 148 of the General Laws.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
