AN ACT DESIGNATING A CERTAIN TRAFFIC ISLAND IN THE CITY OF GLOUCESTER AS THE PAUL BERGMANN MEMORIAL TRAFFIC ISLAND.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
The traffic island located on state highway route 133 at the entrance
to the Beechbrook cemetery in the city of Gloucester shall be designated and
known as the Paul Bergmann memorial traffic island, in memory of Paul Bergmann
who dedicated 25 years of service to improving the city of Gloucester. The
department of highways shall erect a sign bearing that designation in
compliance with the standards of said department.
