","DocumentText":"\tChapter 257 of the Acts of 2008 is amended in Section 4 by inserting after the words “cost within that area as a whole;” the following words:-\r\n\t; and (d) the cost of bringing the lowest funded position at any agency up to $15.00 per hour on January 1, 2016 with annual increases each January 1st thereafter equal to increases the preceding year in the Consumer Price Index - All Urban Consumers or its successor index as published by the U.S. Department of Labor or its successor agency and corresponding increases to other non-management positions.\r\n","EmergencyPreamble":null,"RollCalls":[],"Attachments":[],"CommitteeRecommendations":[{"Action":"Accompanied","FiscalAmounts":[],"Committee":{"CommitteeCode":"J43","GeneralCourtNumber":189,"Details":"https://malegislature.gov/api/GeneralCourts/189/Committees/J43"},"Votes":[]}],"Amendments":[]}
