Section 62 of chapter 60 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “charges”, in line 18, the following words:- , which shall include all legal fees incurred to date. \r\n\tSECTION 2.  Section 65 of said chapter 60, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out the last sentence and inserting in place thereof the following sentence:- A city or town may add all legal fees incurred to date to the tax title account of the land to which the right of redemption is being foreclosed. \r\n\tSECTION 3.
