Ashe relative to employees of the Western Massachusetts Emergency Communications District.  Public Service.","DocumentText":"\tSECTION 1. Notwithstanding subsection (4) of section 28 of chapter 32 of the General Laws or any other general or special law to the contrary, the Western Massachusetts Emergency Communications District, as established pursuant to sections 18O to 18V, inclusive, of chapter 6A of the General Laws may, by a vote of the district board, accept the applicable provisions of chapter 32 of the General Laws and thereby cause all eligible employees of the district to become members of the Hampden county retirement system immediately upon such acceptance. \r\n\tSECTION 2.
