Notwithstanding any laws to the contrary, Section 5 of Chapter 62 of the General Laws, is hereby amended by adding the following subsection:\r\n(C) Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, no tax shall be imposed under this chapter upon any individual under the age of 21 years and over the age of 70 years.\r\nsubsection a. This amendment shall take effect on July 4, 2026\r\n"}
