The second paragraph of Section 29 of Chapter 40B of the General Laws is hereby amended by deleting the sentence: \"Such assessment shall not exceed a sum equivalent to 50 cents per capita for the fiscal year 2015.\" and inserting in place thereof the following sentence: “Such assessment shall not exceed a sum equivalent to 75 cents per capita for the fiscal year 2027.\"\r\n"}
