Section 13 of Chapter 6D of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after paragraph (k) the following paragraph:\r\n\r\n(l) The commission, the center and the attorney general shall not approve any material change where a private equity group, as defined by Section 10 of Chapter 343 of the Acts of 2024, seeks to purchase acute hospitals or community health centers.\r\n\r\n"}
