Such documentation shall include, but not be limited to, an original birth certificate, post-adoption certificate, and final adoption certificate. This shall include those who have been adopted in Massachusetts within the last forty years, and those born in Puerto Rico and adopted in Massachusetts.”\r\n\r\n"}
