Notwithstanding section 142K of chapter 111 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2024 Official Edition, the department of environmental protection shall not adopt or enforce regulations pertaining to motor-vehicle emissions standards based on California’s duly promulgated motor-vehicle emissions standards for a period of five years from the effective date of this act.\r\n\r\n"}
