Subsection (a) of section 19 of chapter 25 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2024 Official Edition, is hereby amended, in line 28, by inserting after the word “practicable;” the following: -\r\n“provided, however, that administrative costs shall not exceed 5 per cent of the amount of funds allocated to energy savings programs;”\r\n\r\n"}
