Brown Peace Institute Corporation, a community-based support organization dedicated to serving families and communities impacted by violence; and provided further, that the Louis D. Brown Peace Institute Corporation shall establish and administer a process to distribute not less than $150,000 to the Massachusetts Survivors of Homicide Victims Network organizations throughout the commonwealth in the form of grants....................$1,000,000”\r\n\r\n"}
