Subsection (g) of section 4 of chapter 152 of the acts of 1997 is hereby amended by striking out paragraph (iii) and inserting in place thereof the following paragraph:\r\n\r\n(iii) The South Boston Community Development Fund shall consist of:\r\n\r\n(1) the net proceeds from events sponsored by the South Boston Community Development Foundation as provided for in subparagraph (ii);\r\n\r\n(2) a community benefit assessment paid by the gate show sponsor or promoter to the authority and thereafter by the authority to the foundation for each gate show held at the center pursuant to paragraph (d) of section 15 consisting of:\r\n(A) payment of 10 cents per square foot for each gross square foot of the center’s exhibition space occupied for the gate show;\r\n(B) payment of $1 for each paid admission to the gate show; and\r\n(C) any other contributions, revenues or monies attributed to the foundation or to the fund as may be deposited from time to time;\r\n\r\n(3) a community benefit assessment paid by operator of the Lawn on D to the authority and thereafter by the authority to the foundation consisting of:\r\n(A) an annual payment of 23 cents per square foot of the space on the Lawn on D occupied by the operator;\r\n(B) payment of $1 for each paid ticket admission to events at the Lawn on D; and\r\n(C) any other contributions, revenues or monies attributed to the foundation or to the fund as may be deposited from time to time;\r\n\r\n(4) payment of $1 from each paid parking admission to parking lots at the convention center; and\r\n\r\n(5) any other contributions, revenues or monies attributed to the foundation or to the fund as may be deposited from time to time.\r\n\r\nUnless otherwise specified, the authority shall make the payment pursuant to this paragraph within 14 days after: each gate show held at the center; or any event at the Lawn on D pursuant to clause (3).”\r\n"}
