The Taunton Trial Court located at 40 Broadway in the City of Taunton shall be designated and known as the Marc R. Pacheco Trial Court, in honor of his 36 years of service as a member of the Massachusetts General Court, retiring as dean of the senate in 2024, his tireless legislative advocacy for the Taunton trial court project, and his advocacy for the people of Bristol and Plymouth counties and the Commonwealth. The division of capital asset management and maintenance shall erect suitable markers bearing such designation in compliance with the standards of the division\r\n"}
