Chapter 66 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 5A, the following section:-\r\n\tSection 5B.  Limited liability entities and business and nonprofit corporations organized or registered to do business in the Commonwealth, shall keep all local, state and federally issued operating licenses in a binder that shall be made readily accessible to the public upon verbal request during normal hours of operation.\"\r\n"}
