Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles shall undertake a review of all commercial driver’s licenses held by noncitizens and make a determination on any pending suspensions, revocations, or other outstanding issues within thirty days of the effective date of this act. Upon completion of the review, the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles shall submit a detailed report of said review to the clerk of the House, the clerk of the Senate, as well as the chairs of the Joint Committee on Public Safety and Homeland Security and the chairs of the Joint Committee on Transportation.”\r\n\r\n"}
