Section 2 of chapter 138 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 official edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “corporation”, in line 15, the following words:- ;provided further, that the provisions of this chapter shall not apply to charities and non-profits that obtain approval from the local licensing authority to purchase and distribute certain limited quantities of alcohol from retail package stores for the purpose of hosting fundraisers.\"\r\n"}
