Acute care hospitals shall be required to offer a color-coded wristband to all patients with Alzheimer's or other dementias, or to patients exhibiting symptoms of dementia or cognitive impairment, or a family member, caregiver, or personal legal representative responsible for a patient responsible with Alzheimer's, dementia, and other cognitive impairments.\r\n"}
