Section 30 of Chapter 23B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting the following paragraph after the last paragraph:-\r\nThe Commonwealth shall be prohibited from providing any financial incentives, including but not limited to lump-sum transfer payments or bonus payments, to landlords or property owners for the purpose of prioritizing the housing of nonresident migrants over families or individuals with legal residency in the Commonwealth.\"\r\n"}
